Leave the parcel in a safe place;

Attempt redelivery or take the parcel to a local depot.

12. Damaged or Lost Parcels

12.1 If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

12.2 If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

12.3 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
